ずいぶん前に読んでいたメモの魔力を再読してみました！
今流行りのグラフィックレコーディングもしてみたので良ければ是非ご覧ください！

1，メモの魔力を持つために！
第1章ではメモの取り方や、著者が進めるメモについて紹介。
メモの取り方は、①見開きで使うこと②事象→抽象化→転用にまで持っていくことが重要でした！
「これは参考になったなぁ」で終わるのではなく、この事象を自分の行動に生かすならどうすれば良いだろう？という所まで考えるのがただの備忘録で終わらせないコツです。
第2章・3章では言語化、抽象化のトレーニングについて。
「勉強になったな」で終わってしまうとただ漠然としていてすぐ忘れてしまうし自分自身に行動に反映しない。
自分の中に生まれた感情を言語化していくことが重要！
第4章ではモチベーションについて2種類あると紹介されていました！
自分はどちらの方がモチベートされるか考えると目標設定しやすい！
第5章ではメモ自体を日常に取り込むために習慣化する事を勧めています。
歯磨きのようにすることが当たり前になっていたら続けやすい！
2，読後の感想
今をときめくSHOWROOM社長の前田裕二さん。
本でも書かれていますが幼少期は貧困で苦しんでいた時期があったそうです。
その逆境を乗り越えて成功されているので本当にすごい！
自分の頭の中に生まれた感情をどんどん言語化するって結構難しい…。
どんどんをこなしてトレーニングしていこうと思います！
まずは形から入りたいタイプなのでお気に入りの文具を揃える所からスタートします…！（笑）
